The application was new and Zero-Leak Gold Plugs with rare earth magnets installed were selected to remove the metal shavings.
Solution
Hex head -04 Zero-Leak Gold Plugs with rare earth magnets were installed.
Results
The metal shavings were collected, and there were no reports of any rotary die damage. The low profile of the ZLGP proved to be a functional benefit.
